Are the products at Yoonah authentic?
Absolutely ! All products sold at Yoonah are 100% authentic and come from South Korea. We source our products from trusted distributors or directly from Korean brands. We also ensure that all the products you buy are safe and comply with the European Cosmetic Regulation.
Are Yoonah products tested on animals?
Bills in South Korea and Europe have been passed banning the testing of cosmetic products on animals. This is why, at Yoonah, we only offer cosmetic products that are not tested on animals.
Is K-Beauty only suitable for Asian skin?
Korean cosmetics are suitable for everyone. The difference will depend on your skin type. Indeed, each individual has different skin, so it is important to adapt the products and ingredients to their skin.
Korean beauty, a beauty routine in 10 steps?
Korean layering actually has 10 steps. This routine is a guideline, obviously some steps may be optional. Following this routine allows you to have clearer and well-hydrated skin. By following these steps, you will see improvements in your skin over time!
Do you have vegan products?
At Yoonah, you can of course find 100% natural vegan cosmetic products that do not contain ingredients of animal origin.

At Yoonah, we believe cosmetic products are unisex. The important thing is that the product is suitable for your skin.

We recommend that you consult your doctor to find out what you are allowed or not allowed to use and/or apply to your skin.
I have atopic dermatitis or rosacea. What products do you recommend?
We recommend that you consult your doctor or dermatologist before selecting a product. Rosacea and atopic dermatitis are conditions that must be controlled by a specialist.

What is the shipping time?
We take 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order and ship it.
What is the delivery delay ?
We deliver to France, Switzerland and Europe in 1 to 5 working days (for information only).
We deliver to the French Overseas Territories in 3 to 10 working days (for information only).
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Europe.
How much are delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout.
I received the wrong product... What should I do?
If the product received is not the one you ordered or if you received a defective product, we invite you to take a few photos of the product received and send us an email immediately to notify us. We will help you as best we can.
All orders are prepared one by one with care. It is therefore unlikely that you have received a damaged product or the wrong product. However, it is possible that some products may be damaged during transport.
Where is my order ?
When you place an order, you will receive a first email confirming that the payment and the order have been taken into account.
You then receive a second email with the tracking number when we deliver your package to La Poste or Mondial Relay in order to confirm its shipment.
If you still do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received, please contact us by email at contact@yoonah.fr. We will help you as best we can!
What happens when no one is home?
Don't worry, the package will be left in your mailbox if it is small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.
I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. In view of the current health situation, it is possible that La Poste may experience delays with deliveries. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time using the tracking number sent by email. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or would like to find out more about it, contact us by email at the following address: contact@yoonah.fr.
I got the wrong address, what should I do?
Don't worry, if your order hasn't been sent yet, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent, no further modifications can be made.
I got the wrong product, what should I do?
Do not panic ! If your order has not yet been sent, please notify us immediately by email to contact@yoonah.fr. We can then cancel your order and refund you. You will then be able to place a new order directly on our site with the right products this time!
However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer modify it. It is therefore necessary that, upon receipt of your package, you make a return (see questions relating to returns/exchanges).
Questions about payments:
Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. Here's why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you of this). Most sites only secure their “shopping cart” and everything related to order payment. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and PayPal which are the benchmarks in terms of security of Internet transactions.
What are the payment methods?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments upon receipt.
Questions about exchanges and returns
What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us . However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, unopened or used. Return costs must be paid by you. We also advise you to take a tracking number and send it to us by email at contact@yoonah.fr, so that we can trace the returned package. In the event of loss, we cannot be held responsible or reimburse you. Proof of postage should also be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days following the date of receipt of the order and the product(s) concerned are not not sold.
